Membership Terms Of Use
*Commitment Period - Initial commitment timeframe - 3 month/6 month/12 month. Benefits and rates vary based on plan.
*The monthly fee (including 7% NJ tax) will be charged to the credit card on file monthly related to the purchase date (e.g. if purchased on the 18th of the month, your card will be charged each month on the 18th).
*Memberships do not automatically renew. An alert will be sent one month prior to the end of your membership.
*Membership benefits are non-transferable.
*Any unused benefits are forfeited if your account is not in good standing or you have canceled your membership.
*Memberships may be canceled during your commitment period if you:
a. Change your permanent residence to a location more than 20 miles from The Helping Touch Massage, LLC (Proof of move such as drivers license, utility bill, car insurance, etc. requested)
OR
b. Are instructed by a physician to discontinue bodywork (letter from physician requested).
*Our cancellation policy applies to all membership sessions. No-show of appointment for the "free" 60 minute massage session (included in all monthly memberships) will result in forfeit of that massage, to cover therapist time. As with all appointments, please respect our cancellation policy, and contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
*Members are required to provide The Helping Touch Massage, LLC with updated credit card information if there are any changed.
*Loyalty Points earned during memberships will remain with client, even after membership has been cancelled.
*The Helping Touch Massage, LLC reserves the right to change our rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice to members of these changes.
